Dr. Erik Muten is the Senior Director of DramaWorks Interactive, an action-based consulting company that uses the modern and ancient technologies of the theatre as transformational tools for individuals, teams and organizations. Trained both as a theatre director and a clinical psychologist, Erik has worked in a wide variety of settings as a consultant, executive coach and a teacher. Current and former clients include individuals, family businesses and Fortune 100 companies. |
The essence of Erik’s work is to
facilitate transformation at the deepest possible levels. He does this
by cultivating core agreements and teaching processes that help leaders
to be authentic, present, empathetic and resonant.
