Joan Shafer

Joan is the Senior Partner at Richard Barrett & Associates;
responsible for cultural transformation programs and the development of
new values assessment tools. She is also responsible for the development
and implementation of the Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant’s
training programs. Joan’s areas of expertise include implementing
cultural transformation, leadership coaching, training, and the facilitation
of workshops in areas such as team cohesion, personal transformation,
and values alignment
Prior to joining Richard Barrett and Associates, Joan was on the staff
of the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland – an international Educational
and Personal Transformation Centre. She worked as Project Manager at Hughes
Aircraft Co. in Los Angeles, and received a B.E. degree in metallurgical
engineering from Vanderbilt University.
