Dr. Kathy J. Scheiern, CPA, of KJ Scheiern & Associates has over 25 years of international and domestic organizational experience in financial and operational change processes, performance improvement consulting, and internal and external auditing. KJ Scheiern & Associates |
Her experience spans a broad variety of
industries including SEC, government, real estate, manufacturing, and
agribusiness. She also has over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience
and understands the challenges facing developing businesses.
Kathy has a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in
Organization Transformationand a Masters of Science in Accountancy with
an emphasis in International Business. She is also the co-founder of a
week-long transformational intensive for individuals that has been held
annualy since 1991.
She began her training in Values Assessments and Cultural Capital Measurement
in 1998 and is currently certified in the various applications of the
Values Assessment process. In addition, she has extensive training and
experience in leadership development, best practices, systems analysis
and human resource management.
Kathy has a proven track record of assisting companies in achieving exceptional
results. She works with both cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Her experience and insight provide critical support to companies engaged
in values-driven, personal and organizational transformation efforts,
assisting them to achieve lasting success in today's rapidly changing
global marketplace.
