Prior to joining The Values Collaborative, MaryJane Bullen was an senior management consultant with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) working with the strategic change unit where she learned the value of including social, economic, political, technology, environment, and culture factors for lasting and profitable organization change work. She has worked with government, non-government and for profit organizations. She is an adjunct professor at American University teaching Organization Analysis and Strategy. MaryJane is a member of the Organization Development Network. She graduated from American University with a MS degree in Organization Development and Human Resources.
