Before joining Quest, Paul spent more than
seven years with PA Consulting Group as a managing consultant and group
leader, working on performance improvement assignments across a wide range
of industries. Prior to these management consultancy roles, Paul held
a number of senior positions in product design and customer support in
manufacturing and computer industries, including spells at General Electric
and McDonnell Douglas.
Qualifications: PhD and Master of Science degrees in Organization
and Management; Master of Science degree in the Computer Aided Design
of Engineering Systems; Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Member of the Sigma Beta Delta international honor society in business,
management, and administration. Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical
Engineers. Member of the Organization Development Network. Member of the
World Business Academy.
