Sally works with leaders who want to create
change, teams that want to make change work and people who want a say
in how change affects them. The core of Sally’s practice is built
around values-based strategic planning. She has been a pioneer in making
values measurable and building them into an organization’s Balanced
Scorecard so they positively contribute to the bottom line.
President of Performance Drivers, Inc. Sally has nearly 30 years experience
as a change consultant, working with international associations; governmental
entities, health care and long term care properties, professional service
firms and nonprofits. She has degrees from the Pennsylvania State University
and the University of Pittsburgh.
